“How do I change my Windows 10 icon size on my desktop?”
Changing your desktop icon size is super easy. Follow these simple instructions to change your icon size quickly.
1. To change your icon size right-click anywhere on your Windows 10 desktop background. Having all application windows closed really makes this easy.
2. From the menu that appears automagically mouse over ‘View’ and select the icon size. You can choose from Large, Medium and Small. By default it’s on medium size. If you want your icons smaller choose ‘Small icons’ and if you want bigger icons choose ‘Large icons’.
3. While you’re here there are some other options to play with as well. You can Auto Arrange icons, this will keep all your icons lined up and neatly stacked. You can also hide your desktop icons by unchecking ‘Show desktop icons’. All you icons will magically disappear from your Windows 10 desktop background. To get your icons back simply click on this option again to check it off and have your desktop icons will reappear again.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a very good solution, medium is too small, large MUCH too large. Why have we lost the icon sizing as available in other versions?

Thanks!

Left a book on the keyboard and all the desktop icons went large.
I didn’t have a clue how to fix this little problem which drove me nuts for a week.
Found this site and how easy the fix was…………………….a big thank you from a PC dinosaur?

Still doesn’t answer my question, how do you adjust tab size alone without affecting font size, and Gmail on W10 without affecting other settings on a another (dual) screen ?
JJ says
not working, icon still too big,
