The iPad 2 was just recently announced by Apple. So what’s the difference between the iPad 2 and the original iPad? The iPad 2 price will remain identical to the first iPad with the 16GB WiFi version starting at $499 and the 16GB WiFi/3G starting at $629. The more GB’s = more moolah, obviously.
iPad 2 Features:
- 15% lighter than the original iPad
- 30% thinner than the original iPad
- 1GHz dual-core Apple A5 for the iPad2, the previous iPad was running the 1 GHz Apple A4
- Two camera’s, one in front and one in the back
- New iPad Smart Cover that magnetically covers the iPad 2 screen
- Now comes in White and the original Black
