“How do I turn off my background music on my PS4?”
1. From your PS4 home screen go to ‘Settings’.
2. Scroll down to ‘Sound and Screen’ near the bottom of the page and click the X button on your controller.

3. From the Sound and Screen page go down to ‘System Music’. Click on it to uncheck the box. This will deselect it and turn off the PS4 background system music. You can also turn off the ‘Key Tone’ as well.
