How to Cancel PS Now
“I recently tried out for the PS Now free trial but now I want to cancel it before I get charged on my credit card. How do I cancel my PlayStation Now subscription?”
Video Instructions for PS Now Cancellation:
1. Starting from the PS4 home screen go to ‘Settings’ located at the very top.
2. From the Settings page click on ‘PlayStation Network/Account Management’.
3. At the Account Management page select ‘Account Information’.
4. Now scroll down and click on ‘PlayStation Subscriptions’.
5. Under PlayStation Subscriptions click on ‘PlayStation Now Subscription’.
6. From this page you can view when your PS Now subscription ends and how much you pay. To end the the PS Now subscription simply click on the button ‘Turn Off Auto-Renew’.
Your PS Now subscription should now be turned off but you can come back to this screen to turn it back on at a later date.
