The game is from a company called PopCap Games, and Bejeweled was originally only available online and it was called Diamond Mine. The company then partnered with Microsoft and they changed the name to what is now know as “Bejeweled”.
Bejeweled has become so popular that it has been ported to just about every platform including the iPhone, Palm OS, Windows Mobile, and Xbox Live Arcade just to name a few.
PopCap has made Bejeweled available online to play for free and the new Bejeweled 2 is also up on the site which is a free trial download. You can either download it or play online. Enjoy!
