“How do I recover email messages from my Outlook account?”
1. Sign into your Outlook account.
2. Go to the left pane, under ‘Folders’, click on ‘Deleted’.
3. In the main window and near the bottom, click on ‘recover deleted messages’.
4. Outlook will bring back your most recent deleted messages. Move the message somewhere so you don’t lose it forever. Click and drag the message to a folder for later.
If you do not see the email message, it’s been permanently deleted.
