I keep receiving a free trial to try Netflix for 1 month. It gives me a website to go to – netflix.com/specialoffer and a Priority Code to enter. Every time I go to the website it says”netflix not available in your country yet. Please explain, I know other people in this city use Netflix.

I’ve been trying for the life of me to sign up for netflix in canada. I type in netflix.ca or clicked the link on the cite here and it transfers me to netflix.com and will not let me sign up because I am in canada. When I get to the payment page it only ask for a zipcode not postal code hence I can’t sign up. Please help me!

I’m sorry Canadians are having issues with signing up. Looks like Netflix changed the signing up process since this post. Please call Netflix help line at 1 (877) 742-1335 and tell them about the problem.

I just finished a chat with one of Netflix’s Customer Service Reps and what they told me is that if you access netflix.ca from a US server than it will bring you to the US Netflix sign up page. You need to visit Netflix.ca from a Canadian ISP.

My Isp is Cogeco which is Canadian. When I go to netfllix I get that it’s not available in my country, yet I can get it through Cogeco if I upgrade my service. What’s going on? I thought it was available in Canada.

I have a 4 year old grandson that is battling cancer. He loves Curious George and is so disappointed that it was taken off of Netflix. He has asked me to write to you and ask if it can be put back on. It is one of the shows that makes him happy when he is going through his treatments. Waiting for your answer.

Wondering when I will receive a response to my question about curious George
