Need for Speed Under Review got a 4.0 which is pretty poor from IGN.
Midnight Club: Los Angeles Review got a 8.5 and the “Editors Choice” award from IGN.
I have not played NFS Undercover yet but I have played Midnight Club L.A and I can say Midnight Club is pretty darn fun and I would definitely recommend this game. But that’s just my personal opinion and you may not have the same great taste like I do. If you are not sure which one to get why not rent both games from your local video store and see which one you like better.
