1. Go to ‘Books’ and select ‘Device’.
2. Tap and hold the book you want to delete.
3. After a few seconds you will get the option to ‘Remove from Device’. Tap on it.
4. Books in the ‘Cloud’ tab cannot be deleted from the Kindle Fire. To delete books from the ‘Cloud’ you will need to head over to ‘Manage Your Kindle‘ web page.
Find the book you want to remove, click the ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Delete from library’.
This will permanently remove books from your Kindle Library and your Cloud tab. You will no longer be able to re-download books removed from your account unless you buy it again. You will need to manually remove any existing copies you have deleted from your Kindle account directly from the device.
