Not everyone likes the idea of video chatting on the iPhone 4 but thankfully Apple has made it pretty simple to disable and block FaceTime calls.
How to turn off (or turn on) FaceTime video calls:
1. Tap the Settings icon
2. Tap Phone
3. Tap the FaceTime Switch to turn off and on.
