“How do I make a video call with FaceTime using the iPod touch?”
Things both parties will need in order for this to work: iPhone 4/iPod touch (4 Gen) and Wifi connection.
1. Create and sign in to FaceTime. Tap on “Create New Account” if you don’t have an Apple already have an account. If you do, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
2. From the Location screen, select your current region and tap “Next”.
3. When on the FaceTime screen, enter the email address you want other FaceTime users to reach you. Tap “Next” when finish. You may need to confirm that email address before continuing.
3. Now you can start making and recieving FaceTime calls with the iPod touch. People can call you with the email address you provided.
Can you use multiple Emails for FaceTime?
Yes you can, choose Settings > FaceTime, then tap Add Another Email.
can i still use facetime even if my apple account is with a hotmail e-mail??

i have the ipod touch 4th gen and have a gf with the iphone 3rd gen….but i cant facetime her….she doesnt get it….when she facetimes me she can see me but i never get any beep signal or indication that i have an incoming FT call…..whats up with that?? Please help!!

to make a facetime account u can use your ipod your laptop or your ipad.you do not need a hotmail account to join you can use any email that you want to use but it has to be real
you can join facetime with your ipod your ipad or your laptop you can use any email you want and u can make any user name you want but you have to make sure that the email is real and it has to be not taken
