How to uninstall Facebook apps (from the browser):
1. Sign into your Facebook account.
2. On the left side of the page, click on the ‘App Center’ icon.
3. Inside the App Center, on the left-hand menu and near the bottom click on ‘Your Apps’.
4. Your list of Facebook Apps will appear. Find the app you want to uninstall and click on the app’s ‘Settings’ link.
5. The Settings window will appear for that particular app. You can find the ‘Remove app’ near the bottom of the window, you may need to scroll down a bit to find it.
6. A confirmation window will pop up. Check the box if you want to remove all your activity for that app from Facebook. Click ‘Remove’ to finish. The app should disappear automagically from Your Apps.
