DualSense wireless controller pairing issues can most likely be fixed by doing a reset on the controller.
How to Reset PS5 Controller:
First thing you should do is disconnect the PS5 controller from USB.
With controller in hand flip it over, locate the hole near the right hand side. It’s right next to the Sony Logo. This is where the PS5 DualSense reset button is located.
You’ll need to find a paper clip or maybe you can find an old SIM card eject tool lying around. With that said, you’ll press and hold the DualSense reset button for 5 seconds.
That is how you officially do a controller reset on the PS5.
Now that your PS5 Controller has been reset you can begin pairing it with the PlayStation 5.
Reconnect the USB to PS5 controller and connect that to the PS5 console.
Begin the pairing process, turn on the PS5 console press the PS button from the controller.
