How can I use my own pictures for a screen saver in Vista?
We all have precious photos we want to share with the world so why not do it through our screensaver. Windows Vista makes using your personal photos as a screen saver pretty simple. Here’s how:
- Right click on the desktop and select “Personalize”
- Now click the Screen Saver
- We are now in the Screen Saver dialog box, select “Photos” from the drop down menu
- With “Photos” selected click on “Settings” right beside it
- The Settings will allow you to choose the folder your pictures are stored, you could use pictures with specific tags or ratings which is pretty cool
- Click on “Browse” to select the folder destination
- Choose a “Theme”, the theme will make the photo transitions really nice, and select the “Speed” and hit “Save”
