First, let me tell you that you are doing a great job and you already helped a few people that I know, including me.
Here’s my question:
My computer runs under Windows 7 and I use Explorer 8. Lately, I noticed I am having problems entering different sites because it seems Explorer can’t load them or load them very sloooooooooow ly. I was wondering if I would be better off with Firefox. What do you think?

Yup definitely give Firefox a try, that’s the first thing I install on any computer.
