“I’m a big Twitter fanatic and I created many different accounts when Twitter was in its infancy. Many of those accounts I don’t use any more so I would like to delete them. Is there a way to delete Twitter accounts?”
Deleting a Twitter account is easy once you know exactly where to look:
1. Log into the Twitter account you want to delete.
2. Click on “Settings” from the menu.
3. You should now be in the “Accounts” tab which is the default tab when you go into Settings. Look at the bottom left hand side and you will see a link “Delete my account.”
4. Read over the page and if you’re sure you want to delete the account click on “OK, fine delete my account” button. Your login and password will not work after and your Twitter should be gone within a few days.
