“How do I charge the PS4 controller?”
You can use the micro USB cable that came with the PS4. Simply plug one end to the PS4 USB slot and plug the micro-USB end to the PS4 controller. Charging the PS4 controller will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge. Charging the Dualshock 4 controller will work when the system is on or in standby mode when you’re using the micro-usb cable. Third-party charging stations will also do the job.
Will the controller charge wehn the PS4 is turned off?
Yes the PS4 will charge the Dualshock 4 controller when the system is in stand-by mode. Our European friends will need to head over the ‘Settings’ and go to ‘Power Save Settings’ now make sure to enable ‘Supply Power from USB Ports’.
Just bought a PS4 for the kids donthe remotes need to be charged for 24 hours before use ? Being they are brand new ?
