“How much is the new PS3 Slim going to cost?”
Sony has announced that the new PS3 Slim is real and coming soon. The PS3 Slim will be coming out on September 1 in North America, and in Europe. Japan will get it on the 3rd of September, don’t they usually get this stuff first?
The PS3 Slim will cost $300 in North America or 300 Euro, which translates to 29,980 Yen for our Japanese friends.
So what’s so cool about the new PS3 Slim besides the obvious smaller form factor. Here are some other details:
- 120GB HDD
- Uses 34 percent less power
- Runs more quietly than previous PS3’s according to Sony
- This PS3 Slim model is called CECH-2000 (CECHL00 older model)
