One of the most popular way to post a picture on Twitter is through a third party application called Twitpic. Twitpic makes it super easy to tweet images to your Twitter account. You can start using the service immediately with your Twitter account user name and password. Sign into Twitpic using your Twitter username and password.
To upload a picture from your computer click on “Upload photo” from the menu at the top. Click the “Browse” button to find an image to upload.
You can also post pictures from your camera phone as well, Twitpic gives you a special email address where you can email your pictures from your phone. You should see your special email address at the bottom where you send your photos. You can also get the email “Settings”.
