The easiest way to start playing ogm files is to download and use VLC Media Player. VLC can play OGM files and just any other types of files you can throw at it.
After you have installed VLC you will can make VLC the default player for OGM files by right clicking on the video file and choose “Properties” and choose Open with another program, browse for VLC.
