Do you know of a good free photo editing program for some basic picture editing or touch ups. I want to remove red eyes and pimples from some of my photos.

Gimp is a free open source image editing program often compared to the expensive Photoshop. I does just about everything Photoshop does but does it for free. So if you want a powerful image editing tool try Gimp.
