You can download Windows 7 themes from Microsoft from here.
The Featured Themes section has a number of sponsored themes from major companies such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Ferrari just to name a few.
There are also International Themes from different countries such as France, Canada, or Japan.
Click on the “Download” button, then select “Open”. The theme will now be your active desktop and added to “Personalization” in your Control Panel.
