Flickr seems to fill all of your requirements that you mentioned. Flickr’s free account just might be suitable for most of you needs but if you need more you can upgrade to the pro version and get unlimited uploads and storage and other goodies and its pretty cheap.

SmugMug is another great photo storage/sharing website. They have 3 different price packages, the Standard and cheapest plan costs about $39.95 per year which includes unlimited uploads and storage.
