How to Cancel PS Plus Membership
“I have the PS Plus membership but I no longer want to keep it. I want to cancel the subscription before charged on my credit card. How do I cancel my PS Plus?”
Video Guide for Cancelling PS Plus:
1. Starting from the PlayStation home screen go to ‘Settings’ at the very top section of the screen.
2. Inside the settings screen click on ‘PlayStation Network/Account Management’.
3. From Account Management select ‘Account Information’.
4. Go ‘PlayStation Subscriptions’.
5. Click on ‘PlayStation Plus’.
6. Select ‘Turn Off Auto-Renew’.
7. When the next screen loads up select ‘Yes’ to confirm cancellation. Keep in mind games that you’ve downloaded for free will no longer be playable once your membership expires.
8. Click on Turn Off Auto-Renew once again.
