I recently acquired a BlackBerry Curve 8310 and I really like it, but am disappointed that it does NOT have a video recorder like my previous RAZR did. Does anyone know if the 8310 Curve has a video recording capability or can it be added to this new phone? I am new at cell phones, so I am not too familiar with. Help if you can with information.
Unfortunately video recording is only available on these BlackBerry models:
- BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8110
- BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8120
- BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8130
- BlackBerry® Curve™ 8330
There has been rumors that the 8310 could get a software update that will allow video recording on the BlackBerry 8310. A great place find the latest updates and get help is the BlackBerrry Forums and also check out the CrackBerry Forums.

Yes, just go to blackberry.com and get a device software update. It worked for mine.
Is that true on the software update just to get video added on to my 8310?
