“Is there a way to block only certain websites on my PS3 internet?”
Currently there is no option on the PS3 on blocking only certain websites on the internet.
The one option you have is the “Internet Browser Start Control” which will lock down the Internet browser so that a password is needed before it will launch.
- On the PS3 main menu scroll to “Settings”
- Go down to “Security Settings” and press the “X” button on the PS3 controller
- Go down to “Internet Browser Start Control”
- Now enter a four digit password
There is a way to block websites on your router which will be universal on everything on your network including the PS3 and other computers. OpenDNS will block whatever websites you want through the router. They have great instructions on how to get started.
