“I own Black Ops 3 on the PS4 and I’m thinking about purchasing the Season Pass for $50. Can you tell me how the whole Season Pass thing works?”
Black Ops 3 Awakening
1. First thing you’ll need to do is purchase the Season Pass from the Playstation Store.
2. When a new map pack comes out for Black Ops 3 Season Pass there will be an update for the game. Download the update and launch the game.
3. Pick a mode in the game and look at the maps. For instance if I go to Zombies than select ‘Solo’ I’ll see the new zombie map ‘Der Eisendrache’ with a green download icon next to it. Click on this new map and it’ll take you to the Playstation Store.
4. Now it’ll take you to the Store page where you can view the DLC packs. If you’ve already purchased Season Pass it should say ‘Free’ and all you need to do is click on the map pack to access it.
5. You should now see the Download page, select the Download icon.
6. When that’s all done just head back into Black Ops 3 and you’ll notice the green download icon have disappeared giving you full access to the new maps.
