“Is there a way to watch over the air standard or HDTV on my laptop?”
ATI makes a device for that, it’s called the “ATI TV Wonder™ HD 600 Hi-Speed USB”. Its USB stick that lets you watch “free-to-air” TV in digital or analog on your laptop or desktop computer. The USB digital HDTV Tuner can also act as a PVR which allows you to record programs onto your laptop/PC for later viewing. There are no monthly fees or contracts to sign.
