What Is My IP Address

Every computer and most electronic devices in the world has a ip address, that is how they communicate with each other, it’s like a street address or a phone number. How do I find my Ip address? You can easily look up your ip address from your computer. Here’s how

1. Select Start button it’s that circle thingy with the Window’s logo.

2. At the bottom in the Search field, type cmd

3. Select the cmd.exe or just hit enter

4. Command appears, type ipconfig hit enter

Window’s Xp

1. Select Start

2. Click Run

3. Type cmd

4. In the command window type ipconfig and hit enter

Tip: To get even more information about your network type ipconfig/all at the command.
