		<description>ive tried resetting my ipod, getting a new itunes, differend usb ports, EVERYTHING!!!!!!! my ipod still shows the same screen even if i turn it off and it wont show that its plugged into the computer no matter how many different cables or ports i use. its really frustrating and i want it to work the way its supposed to. somebody help!</description>
