On screen keyboard in Windows

Many people do not know Windows comes with a free on screen keyboard. The on screen keyboard is great for people with disabilities, people who do not know how to type, or maybe for people who just like using the mouse instead of the keyboard. Whatever the reason may be here is how to enable the onscreen feature in Windows XP and Vista.

Free Vista On Screen Keyboard

Access On Screen Keyboard in Windows XP

  • Click the “Start” button
  • Go to “All Programs”
  • Go to “Accessories”
  • Go to “Accessibility”
  • Click on “On-Screen Keyboard”

Vista On Screen Keyboard

  • Click “Start”
  • In the “Start Search” field type in osk and press “Enter”
