My computer wont shut down

Usually when a pc does not shutdown means a program is still running in the background and won’t give up. You could shut down the computer or laptop by holding down the power button for about 5 seconds.
I do not recommend you shut your pc like this all the time because anything thing you have unsaved will be lost.
Now comes the hard part and that is trying to figure out which program is causing this, what was the last program you use? What’s in the system tray? This will be trail and error, good luck.
