How to do iPhone video calls with Facetime

The new iPhone 4 has the ability to do video calling thanks to the front facing camera we can now hear and see the person on the other line.

iPhone Video Chat requirements:

  • Caller and the recipient must use an iPhone 4
  • Currently only WiFi connection can be used for video chatting

How to use iPhone 4 Facetime for video calling:

1. Make a phone call

2. Then tap the FaceTime icon.

3. Now the person you’re calling must accept the FaceTime video call.

Note: FaceTime calls can also be used from your “Contacts” list and “Recent Calls”, you should see a little FaceTime icon from previous video calls.
