“Is there a way to change the Windows 7 login picture?”
Head over to Tweaks.com and download the Logon Changer for Windows 7.
Here’s what you’ll see when you launch Logon Changer for Windows 7.
Press the “Change Logon Screen” button at the bottom left hand corner.
Select an image from your “Pictures” folder or search for any image on your computer and press “Open” when done.
If your image file is more than 245 KB a dialog box will appear basically saying that file is too large and would you like to make a copy to convert it. The original picture file won’t be touched. Click “Yes” to continue.
You login screen in Windows 7 should now be changed to the image you selected. Press the “Test” button to try it out.
