How do I Make a Heart Symbol with my Keyboard

“How do people make those cool little heart symbols on their keyboards?”

To make a little heart with your keyboard enter &hearts; you will see a cute little heart like this ♥.

Another way you can make a hearts symbol is by using the ALT key and your numeric keypad together, that’s the number keypads on the right hand side of your keyboard not the numbers on top of your keyboard. Press the ALT key and the number 3 key at the same time (ALT + 3) to get the same heart symbol. Let me try it right now, ♥. There it worked like a charm, much faster than the other method I showed above ♥ this is kinda fun ♥.

Some other fun ALT key symbols:

ALT + 1 = ☺
ALT + 2 = ☻
ALT + 3 = ♥
ALT + 4 = ♦
ALT + 5 = ♣
ALT + 6 = ♠
ALT + 7 = •
ALT + 8 = ◘
ALT + 9 = ○

ellie♫ June 21, 2010 at 9:32 am: If you have a laptop like mine, then all you have to do is hold down the Fn button, and the Alt button, and then hit the key that has the little blue 3 in the corner; all at the same time. On mine, 3 is on a L, so all I do is hold Fn, Alt, and L.

First, if you do have a laptop, on the left hand corner of your screen you might see something that says Fn
So, you press Fn+Alt+L=♥
It works perfectly =D
