Free Ipod Dvd video converter

There are a number of programs that can convert your DVD movies to Ipod format. There’s a free program called Handbrake which works on all platforms and it’s open source (me luv open source). This program is very good for ripping DVD’s onto the Ipod. This is an excellent ipod dvd video converter that’s very easy to use it does everything for you. All you need to do is start Handbrake put a dvd movie in your dvd drive and it will see the dvd than you can start transcoding the video to the Ipod format this will also work for the Apple TV.

Videora is a good free converter for the Ipod that can convert most popular video formats such as avi, divx, xvid, mpeg, flv, and dvd’s. Videora can also convert YouTube videos to the Ipod.

Another good program is called Isquint which is the free version of VisualHub (sorry, only for the Mac). This free ipod video converter is good for movies that you download off the internet such as avi or divx files. With these free Ipod video converting programs you will be able to put just about any videos on the Ipod and that’s all you really need to enjoy movies and videos on your ipod.

    Nice article, but I’d prefer using aimersoft ipod converter, my friend s recommend it to me, it’s not free, but it works nice for me, I think it well worth the money, here is a guide about it, so share it here

    My OS is based on Mac, and I have wondershare Mac DVD to iPod suite to help you put various DVD (include copyright protected DVD) movies and video files to my iPod. Though not free, it is well worth the money. Works great and never frustrates me. Compared with HandBrake and iSquint, it offers more advanced and powerful DVD copying and video editing functions. very easy to use, yet.
