My entire friends list is gone, yet on my news feed everything shows up. Last evening my app said it was “cleaning”? Anything to do with my friends list?

I had something like this happen to me, but all of the person in questions comments on photos and whatnot have vanished, not even leaving the “facebook user” that gets used when people delete accounts…

Actually, having looked back at Facebook, I do not think that this is what happened. I was incorrect. I believe what may have happens may sometimes be deactivation and then reactivation, whether intentional or not. Sorry.

Yeah…whoever made this initial post needs to stop trying to be rude or sarcastic. There actually is a bug on Facebook that causes a profile to “block” you temporarily. Profiles sometimes appear blocked for no apparent reason, and then come back a day later. I’ve had this happen with literally no rhyme or reason to it, and it’s actually really disturbing if you don’t realize what’s going on.

Basically, unless the individual involved is someone who you don’t really know, you probably need to chill if someone’s profile just disappears. You’re more likely than not to know it if you’ve done something that would cause someone to block you. Facebook is one of the largest sites on the internet (probably the largest), and they apparently get the wrong wires crossed sometimes and make it look like you’ve been blocked. Annoying? Yes. Inevitable? Probably.

This is so stupid, i deactivated my account for two days, and when i reactivate it my girlfriend disappeared from my friends as if i blocked her or as if she blocked me. But i talked to her and she never blocked me. wtf is going on facebook fix this!

What’s going on? I lost my friends list
More than once. Thoughty husband deleted it,
But he didn’t. Weird things is happening
To my profile everyday. This has to a bug.
One info is there , next day it’s gone!!!!
Please explain. Also you can type your
Pass word when requested, type it in
15-20 times won’t go through.
You reset it, next day or so they
Request it again. Same thing, pass word
Won’t go through. This is CRAP!!!
You spend 1/2 day trying to get
New pass set up again. It’s over&
Over. It’s so furstrating!!!!

This is only happening with one person, and it’s the same one every time. But they seem to reappear within a few minutes? O.o But it still is annoying because every time I think, “Ahhh did they block me? D:” So yeah… Facebook, fix the bug. >.< OR WE'LL JOIN A DIFFERENT SOCIAL NETWORK!
