Here’s how to get more Windows 7 themes for your desktop:
Click on the Start button also known as Windows Orb.
Type in “change the theme” into the search box then and press “Enter”.
This is where you can change desktop themes in Windows 7. But we want to download more themes so click on “Get more themes online” link.
Clicking on the link will take you to a Microsoft Windows 7 Personalize page where you can download more themes straight from Microsoft.
Find a theme you can live with and click the “Download” button and a dialog box will appear, if you’re using Internet Explorer choose “Open” to begin downloading the theme. Firefox users can select “Open with – themepackfile (default)”.
After the download your new theme will automatically be displayed in the Personalization window and the new theme will be activated.
