How to remove spyware

I totally know nothing about computers, so this is just a guess of what I think the problem may be. My kid was trying to watch a video and was prompted to download something before he could watch it, so he did and now my computer is acting nuts. There are these little icons that keep on the taskbar that keeps popping up and tells me to download a program to remove the spyware. Everything works good except for all these annoying error messages and pop ups asking me to buy a program. Any suggestions on how to remove this spyware or adware?

Ipod Nano frozen

I’m really desperate I’ve tried toggling the hold button and holding the center and bottom buttons on my Ipod Nano but that didn’t work it’s still frozen. I was trying to upload songs onto my Ipod when I noticed nothing was happening so I disconnected the Nano and now it’s frozen. I can’t do anything on my Ipod now, nothing works on the screen not even the dimmer. Please help.

Can’t connect Wii online to play Mario Kart

For the past couple of days I have been having troubles connecting online to play Mario Kart for the Wii. I can do everything else online like internet, and Wii Shop but not Mario Kart Wii. I tried all the trouble shooting tips but still can’t get the Wii to connect. Any ideas?
